As another reviewer mentioned ...still selling the old snake oil. Greed is not mentioned once....the subversion of public intuitions is not mentioned.

Narrow minded ivory tower pundits have not looked at the insanity of a growth without end in a finite world. No one is a winner is accountability is factored.

The tired old Robert Reich is still selling the old time snake oil. Of course the premise is incorrect.

The rich getting richer is one of those stories that is too good to check. Unfortunately the underlying statistics are wrong.
