A look at the earthquakes that have plagued Texas an area not know for active faults, but one with numerous geo faults that trap oil and gas because they do not move often.

This is not the first time oil and gas withdrawal has created problems with the surface 1000s of feetr above, but previously most had been in soft area that subsided rather than quaked.(Baytown Texas, Port Arthur TX, and other gulf coast cities.
