Israeli Premier Backs State for Palestinians, With Caveats

A good report, perhaps suggesting Netanyahu actually wants a peace agreement, as opposed to wanting to deflect pressure from Obama to end the occupation of the West Bank.

Netanyahu adheres to his fantasy that Israel can suppress the Palestinians for generations to come, and Israel will be able to live in peace or a close approximation of peace. The insane effort to keep much of the West Bank, and some or all of the Golan Heights, is dangerous to the US and very dangerous to Israel itself.

Yes it's quality journalism because it presents the speech objectively with no bias.

If the Palestinian people, the so-called refugees, had their choice in this matter they would in unison chose peace and prosperity and their own State under the logical and fair pre-conditions Israel laid out. But they have no viable future of peace and prosperity as long as Hamas and the current version of the PLO control them in Gaza and the West Bank and have zero concerns for their well being.
