With the Washington Post and Wall Street Journal saying essentially the same things about PAYGO in their editorials, it's easy to look beyond the rhetoric from Republicans and Democrats and assess Obama's proposal. This doesn't seem to be a liberal-conservative issue, and the Post gives us the facts on PAYGO's viability.
