Leopold reports on Comey emails that are strong evidence that Bush and Cheney are guilty of torture war crimes, because they were not just following legal advice from the OLC. They manufactured that advice, using pressure and using rewards of promotions. The article is clear and well written.

Bush and Cheney are guilty of war crimes and should be prosecuted.
