All but over for Coleman, experts say

This lays out very effective arguments on both sides of the Minnesota US Senate race; I especially like his point that even having a valid legal theory (as Sen. Coleman claims) isn't enough to win a lawsuit.

Lets hope that if as said the court went into recess with its mind made up that this mess does NOT take 2, 3,, or 4 weeks for them to rule. Enough already, and pray that there is NO room left for an appeal to the Supreme Court.

yes, any exposure of the GOP and Coleman's contempt for the law and the electoral process is good journalism. There needed to be manymore articles about this ugly attempt by the Republicans to overturn the will of the people.

So if the court confirms Franken shouldn't he get his Senate term extended by 7months? If not the GOP manipulation of the law and the electoral process for their political self interest has won a crucial precedent for once again screwing the hapless and gutless Democrats.
