Very informative for anybody with high cholesterol. Some of the means of function of popular drugs are explained simply. Conspiracy of drug corporations to sell unnecessary and dangerous drugs is only lightly hinted at. No distinction is made between no-flush and regular niacin, nor the physical side effects of flushing.

Now I am happier about my cardiologist recommending high doses of niacin and saying it is ok to go off of statins.
