Joseph's authoritative positions stems from his key role in he most disasterous eight years of U.S. foreign policy this nation has seen. His strong-arm views show no sensitivity to Korean society and cultural psychology, and little recognition of the broken promises from the U.S. under Bush. It is informative of one way of U.S. thinking.
