So-so story, noting correctly that Obama has to act, not just deliver a fine speech. The article seems to argue that Obama would help US standing in the Arab world by undermining the governments of countries favorable to the US. This is a dubious claim in my view.

Obama indeed needs to act, and telling Israel it must get out of the West Bank and the Golan Heights is a good starting point. Pulling all US forces out of Iraq (including scores of thousands of mercenaries) asap would be another good move. Normalizing relations with Iran and Syria would also make excellent sense.
