Facts and data are provided to characterize the efforts of big corporations to suppress workers and the middle class. This information is central to understanding the motivation for the Employee Free Choice Act (EFCA).

Unions are needed to protect jobs and wages; EFCA will help that. Our economic crisis is amplified by the export of work and import of cheap labor so our workers cannot afford houses and a healthy life style.
