The NY Senate is not doing its duty to the people of New York by sitting on the Gay legislation that the Assembly sent to it! As stated (more than) enough time has passed for the Senators to have received comment from their people. Is it wear to stand up and be counted- legislation is not easy- thats why they are there to act; not to NOT act.
