This is well-written, and offers a bit of hope for substantial change in the law.

Since the recent debate on whether to legalize marijuana, this article is very timely because of what presidents have tried to do to lower drug usage. Many interesting ideas are brought up in this article including what Obama has said he will do and what he won't do. It includes many reliable sources who add to the article as a necessary contribution to make the article newsworthy. It provokes thought and includes a lot of insight and background on the situation itself.
