This editorial opines that a debate on health insurance approaches is necessary and then praises Bush's proposal as a free market approach with clear but unsourced benefits. Editorials often are not well sourced but in an area like this where the "facts" are not easily observed or well known and prejudices are rampant, it is difficult to differentiate between reality and spin.
