I can't believe I'm hearing this. Seems like a misguided idea, which would be a blow to the local economy, and could end up costing more than it saves.

Well I do not believe this is going to help balance the budget in fact in the long run the damages that are sure to occur will exceed the amounts saved later. But the people of California did this to them selves by voting down all the help aids- I say to darn bad for them- they voted for the loss.
