I hate to say I am not surprised as you can be sure what was built was what lobbiest in Washington wanted built.

The question to ask is why did the US squander tens of billions of dollars building hospitals and schools in Iraq? Let the Iraqis build their own schools and hospitals, etc etc etc AND GET ALL US TROOPS OUT OF THE COUNTRY ASAP.

Continuing idiocy of US policy toward Iraq. Let Iraq run its own affairs, and get out totally, militarily.
