A well-written, newsworthy story about a loophole in a new law that has brought "helicopter money" for home builders.This article discusses the role of lobbyists in securing tax breaks for home builders. Good sense of outrage without being unfair.

Morgenson makes a decent case that lobbying money bought home builders huge sums of Federal money, that perhaps they didn't deserve. This piece needs comment by more sources.
