a problem with this story is its obvious bias illustrated for example, by the use of "obamacare" to refer to reform bills. also it's not clear what information here has come from the npr programs it cites, and which the writer added or deleted which may have been important in the issues he covers. there is some information here which seems relevant, such as third-party payer costs, but not enough.
