Concise, factual, written by a person with some ostensible authority on the matter. Mentions the coming leadership struggle in North Korea as Kim's health deteriorates, an issue emerging as a major subtext of the nuclear test. It also brings up the possibility of the government developing a missile capable of hitting the United States, but doesn't comment on the near inconceivability of this actually happening.

We can expect further provocations. North Korea will not be quiet for long.
