Yes, gets to concrete details

Looks behind the scenes to document political deals. In point of fact Louisiana can probably greatly benefit from more Medicaid funds.All states are unhappy about using Medicaid to expand national coverage because it requires heavy increased future financial participation from each state at a time of dimishing state resources.
