Reid announces a Saturday vote on beginning debate on health bill

Reiterates a lot of what we've already heard about the public option -- how it doesn't appease liberals, how conservatives have vowed to vote against it because it threatens business. Overall, an accurate analysis of the debate that will begin this weekend in the Senate.
