More than half of all black children in poverty
During the so-called good times, roughly 37 percent of black children were living in poverty. By next year, that number will grow to 52.3 percent. Unemployment is projected to reach 9.8 percent, up from the current 8.9 percent. But for black men, that number will be more akin to 20 percent. Full Story »
