Since this only covers the tip of the iceberg I hope for an enterprising in depth article sooner then later.

Having once proudly (then) lived in California's many cities it is such a shame that the voters have managed to destroy its own government through totally stupid ballot items. Once again the rule of allowing the majority to rule the minority- this is what you get in the end- failure!
