While I approached this article with caution because of the title - I was delighted when I found it to be an honest and challenging report that exhibited insight in its premise. Surely, we've had enough socio-economic phenomenas inspired by marketing that responsible planning, training and accountability should reign supreme automatically. But it doesn't because we can't remove the fact that humanity is run by humans and we humans are quite baffling. This article specifically addresses that by placing the identifying the need for accountability - audit and training. Most refreshing and informative.

"Green" is the new "No Fat" inasmuch as it is a branding instrument that can abuse as much as help, depending upon the who is using the term. It's certainly not an official term - but its definitely been adopted world-wide as an ad hoc self-proclamation of principle. The real meat on this bone lies mostly out of day to day sight, and reliant on people to be truthful and dutiful in protecting us from further fraud and bandwagoneering.
