Senate Blocks Funds for Gitmo Closure
In a major rebuke to President Obama, the Senate voted overwhelmingly today to block the transfer of Guantanamo detainees to the United States and denied the administration the millions it sought to close the prison. Full Story »

Here's a Senate FAIL for you – they've rejected the idea of closing Gitmo. Likely because it would mean moving the prisoners to the States and no one wants them in their state. Screw Congress inefficiencies.
