This seems to be a great example of when "journalists" become publicists. Correction: Lowenstein is not a journalist. That's not a surprise. From the end of the article: Roger Lowenstein, an outside director of the Sequoia Fund, is a contributing writer and the author of “The End of Wall Street.”

Highly overpaid CEO's always project an air of competence and power. Real journalists have to get beyond this facade and deal with the real facts and statistics.
