A good look at the assault / reaction to assault upon copyright holders. In the digital age, a whole new set of copyrights neeed to be examined. This has been a long time coming, there has to be a fair understanding of what is and is not permissable. It has long been held that the non comercial use is fair use, to the end that recording a song off the airwabves was considered fair use, but selling that copy was a violation of the law.

This is but one of the many areas that need to be addressed, hopefully this will open the doors and shed light on some of the practices of the major holders and release payments to the minor holders.
