This piece doesn't explain the original mandate behind recovery.org. Without knowing what was expected, it's hard to judge the failure.

Disappointing. Lack of any in depth research into the actual data and whether or not there are real jobs being created or there are just reporting errors from the recipients of the funds. Also, it is clear the Administration needs to get resources directed at clearing up the matter because it makes for headlines and bad press, especially when it would appear to be not true.
