14th Bank Returns TARP Money

On Friday, two more banks returned their TARP money: Alliance [1] of Syracuse, N.Y., ($26.9 million) and Texas Capital [2] of Dallas ($75 million). So far, 14 banks have returned a total of $1.3 billion, according to our running tally [3] of refunds. More information that the Bush admins last emergency wasn't an emergency by a chance to shore up his cronies, once they found out there was a new sheriff in town, they decided to change their plea bargin.
