Backed by sound facts and an interesting interview with author Carol De Vita, this story reveals an inequality within non-profits. The author could have utilized more interviews, desirably from heads of non-profits. But, overall, an interesting piece.

I'm completely supportive of a more diverse work place, but if the organization is functioning properly and excelling in its goals, then I don't think they should be forced to balance out the staff for the sake of statistical equality
