The reporter sensationalizes an old argument that will be winding its way thru Texas and Federal courts for years to come. The primary reason for article is the candidate will be making a local appearance and he or his editor probably wanted a lead for the article tommorrow.

This article does give factual information on the errors made in the amending of the Texas constitution, but i feel it delivers said information in a biased light. It could have done a better job in representing the legislators.
