This is definitely a refreshing article among the many bad news we have been exposed to lately. The piece is lighthearted and easy to read, but not well balanced and researched. In my opinion the enclosed video of Dr. Barbara Fredrickson is far more fascinating, insightful and effective in communicating what positive emotions are and the effect they have on our outlook of life.
