the quality of the cover up requires the issues in my comments be overlooked

From Dennis Baker 103 - 66 duncan ave west Penticton BC V2A6Z3 phone & fax 250-493-3463 Brian Mulroney will not face closest possible scrutiny. If that was true he would be in jail right now. At least two (2) sworn affidavits were provided by Mulroney, one to Parliament regarding the initial inquiry of Mulroney and Karlheinz Schreiber, as well as one to the Supreme Court, regarding his multi million dollar law suit, which Allan Rock decided to pay out 2 million dollars to Mulroney. There is no question regarding these "sworn affidavits" being false, as both claimed he recieved no money from Karlheinz Schreiber. False information in a sworn affidavit is considered PERJURY under the Canadian Criminal Code, and carries a maximum sentence of 14 years. There is no need of an inquiry, in order to prosecute for Perjury.
