Yes, this is quality journalism, though in a Q&A format, interviewing Michael Pollan, (professor of science and environmental journalism at University of California, Berkeley, and author of numerous books including the best seller The Omnivore’s Dilemma) and writing about his research –this is the best format in order not to miss such important information after all he is an eloquent journalist.

“But he has a mission to make “nutrition” the watchword of the nutrition programs in the Department of Agriculture: School Lunch, Food Stamps, WIC. … those programs have nothing to do with nutrition right now. They’re essentially ways to dispose of agricultural surpluses.”

This is a great Q&A article on environmental issue.
