yes Harpers actions speak loader than his words

That statement is probably quite true! The problem is they could direct that funding to projects which are not a potential threat to the fossil fuel industry! When in fact that is exactly the direction all available funds should be allocated. The replacement of fossil fuel powered electrical facilities should be number 1. They are without peers when it comes to being the primary source of green house gasses that induce climate change. There are 1000 fossil fuel powered electrical generating facilities in North America according to the Council for Environmental Cooperation, the nafta environmental arm.
