Initial report on Wikileaks' new release of leaked cables. It mentions that the site is inaccessible, but reports maybe avilable because the NYT, Guardian and Spiegel gets it as it was the case before.

I thought this article did a great job enlightening on the fallout of the articles release, I wish the article would have portrayed more of WikiLeaks motives as to why they are doing this, because I believe that angle should have been presented in the story as well.
