ISS - Nuclear companies face reactor design problems, ethics questions
Back in 2007, the Project on Government Oversight reported that Nuclear Regulatory Commissioner Jeffrey S. Merrifield "vigorously championed several major policy initiatives that directly benefited his future employer"...who he went to work for 12 days after leaving the NRC... that effectively eased environmental restrictions.
