To the BC Law Society Professional Misconduct. To the BC Attorney General and the Federal Minister of Justice' conspiracy to committ Perjury``. To Elections BC " Conspiracy to rig an election". Federal Crown Prosecutor Eric Lund has previously knowingly and willingly participated in a wrongfully prosecution and imprisonment of me, when he was fully aware that RCMP Mhyres, was committing perjury, in his capacity as Expert Opinion Evidence. Yes this is the same RCMP Mhyres whom planted the drugs in the vehicle this time as well. The previous wrongful imprisonment Lund did not show due diligence regarding the Bail Supervisor informing me of the wrong date to appear in court, and had me wrongfully imprisoned for 6 weeks. Federal Crown Prosecutor Eric Lund, in a discussion out side of the courtroom, monday April 27 2009, indicated that if I provided him with information that showed then RCMP were acting improperly he would show due diligence and investigate. I then provided Lund with a copy of my formal complaint of election rigging to Elections BC. ( attachment sheet # 1). I also suggested that he have RCMP MHYRES polygraph, or at least offer, to get RCMP MHYRES response as I know he will not comply. 2 Tuesday April 28 2009 I provided Lund with a copy of my resume (attachment sheet # 2 and 3) and a list of questions to ask RCMP regarding the contamination of evidence of my innocence by MHYRES. (attachment sheet # 4). Yesterday May 6 2009, I was arrested for allegedly violating a bail condition. During that arrest I inquired if Lund had spoken with the arresting officer, RCMP Livingstone, and he indicated Lund had not. Therefore Federal Prosecutor Erik Lund has not shown due diligence, regarding the potential perjury and wrongful and criminal acts by RCMP Mhyres. Federal Crown Prosecutor Eric Lund, also was adamant in court that I be held in custody without bail until trial. Exactly as he had done in the previous prosecution that resulted in my 6 week wrongful imprisonment. This time the Judge did not go along with this and I was released. Federal Crown Prosecutor Eric Lund knowingly and deliberately misled the Judge by indicating he had spoken with the Bail Supervisor regarding my smoking outside of my apartment, and that no discussion took place, when in fact it was the Intake Person at the Bail Supervisors office whom I had the discussion with, and informed me that smoking outside the apartment building was not a violation of my curfew. For those whom read this and are not familiar with Corruption Canada , and the legislative tools used to oppress citizens.... this is how it works. They drag on a court case and/or a complaint through the police complaints ( joke) commission for over one year, so that the statue of limitations that exists of one year to initiate a prosecution or law suit against any Government person or agency expires. Then the information required to initiate an action is partially released. Should a citizen initiate an action prior to the one year statue of limitations, the Registrars of the Supreme Court of BC refuses to accept a few of the documents, so that the initiated action is denied informa poperous status, and terminated. Informa poperous is when a citizen does not have the funds to pay court costs or securities. The game plan is since they can not get a conviction on the original charges, to obtain a conviction for a bail violation and secure another 3 years delay in pardon eligibility By way of this complaint I respectfully request the BC Attorney General and the Federal Minister of Justice, or Elections BC remove Mr Lund and assign someone immediately whom will show DUE DILIGENCE. That Lund be prosecuted for his active participation. I also adamantly request that my right to the SPEEDY TRIALS ACT be respected and a date for a preliminary hearing be set within 60 days. When Myhers allegedly found a tylenol container with pills inside he stated " I saw him throw it". I stated " I want the container finger printed"! Myhers then rolled the container between both hands and claimed "cant do that the evidence is contaminated" Mhyers then tossed the container to I believe Livingstone. I then stated I wanted the capsules fingerprinted, and the Female uniformed RCMP then claimed "I watch too much CSI. ". On the ride to RCMP Penticton I asked the RCMP whom was in the car if he was going along with this he stated "My Partner says" which I interrupted stating that "when pulled over you was hanging out the door of the van gun aimed at my head and I never moved."
