I'm not sure how the editorial board of the CS Monitor knows this information, other than general press reports. I hope it's true. Still, it's a nice encapsulation of what Obama's foreign policy approach is.

As an editorial, it lacks a crisp perspective..... Leaves me wondering if the editor is a supporter or a critic of Obama's current actions. Does not offer an alternative course....and yet does not seem to support the current one.

Though the argument is well supported, I feel it is completly objective. I am curious how the information was known by the author. Apparently, Obama's forgein policy approach is opposite of the Bush administrations. Anything that is opposite of the Bush administration is fwelcome in my book!

A little skeptical, but overal I enjoyed reading this artcle.
