This report, along with the many others seeing the light of day, should be the final nail in the controversy surrounding the prosecution of top figures in the Bush Administration.

The public is split on this issue.But, as the President himself, when going to war with Iraq, said, he could not go by public opinion. He had to do what was best for this nation. I agree. This administation broke the law, spit on the Constitution, and made this nation a mockery to the rest of the world.Public opinion should not weigh in the decision of AG Holder.
