The author goes back to the Nixon- Frost debates to ask Rice if it O.K. to Torture. Her answer, anything the president say's is legal, go for it.
When a forth grader stumps the former Secretary of State on a question about torture, then I believe it's time for some big boys to ask her some serious questions about torture and rendition.

This was OK ... it was another Bush slam (which is richly deserved, don't get me wrong), but children point out the obvious is nothing new.
