I really think this story gets right into the fact that politics has an impact on the perception of the High Court. Now more than ever, we need to exercise retraint now that there's a new nominee. If the Supreme Court is seen as nothing more than a political tool, how are to trust it? That's the point this author makes, and it's a good one.
