I found the comments as revealing as the story. Since only one of Rosen's sources is named, it's hard to tell how accurate they are. Certainly some of the commenters disagreed with the portrait they painted. But the greatest percentage seem to agree with me, the author simply didn't do his homework.

Before I make a decision on this prospective candidate, I'd like to see a more substantive analysis that speaks more to her work on the bench.

Pretty well balanced look at Sotomayor's past. Mostly talked to former law clerks and politicians for their point of view.
