Report: More Americans going hungry

The number of Americans who lack dependable access to adequate food shot up last year to 49 million, the largest number since the government has been keeping track, according to a government report released Monday that shows particularly steep increases in food scarcity among families with children. it's good when a msm such as the washington post brings this information to our attention. the situation is documented with a number of sources, and the artilcle points out the disparity among groups who are affected, and pres. obama's awareness of this problem, which shouldn't exist in this country
