This is good coverage of one side, a fairly neglected side, of this story. The presentation is simple and covers the Cernter for Contitutional Rights perspective well.

Sometimes news is better if it thoroughly covers one aspect of a story, rather than trying to present every view and every angle. There are many news sources and few knowledgable people get all their news from one source anymore. The Real News would probably be a good resource for the educated news hound.
