A pretty credulous piece, as these types of profiles tend to be. We're given no notion of how successful Saleem has been in setting up these home schools. Lacks details about the schools themselves—some sort of firsthand perspective—that would make this more convincing.

Informative report about a 28-year-old Afghan woman who started six girl's schools in Afghanistan, despite fierce Taliban opposition. This article is factual and fair, but could have benefited from a few more independent sources. This is an interesting and important story about making a difference in the long term in Afghanistan. One thing that the Taliban depend on is continued ignorance. Efforts like this are the answer.
