This is a very well-supported assessment of Obama's performance on issues important to the folks at Wired. There's a great sampling of quotes and plenty of links. But I wish Wired would have done more to explain the methodology behind its grades. I see no substantial difference between the A- for science and the B+ for net neutrality.

This is quality journalism for those who enjoy reading about the uninteresting things that Obama has done thus far in his presidential term. It isn't trash in that it is relevant and factual and offers insight into the legitimate things Obama has done.

I don't particularly enjoy reading this information, but it does have its place in the news.

An "analysis" inherently involves opinion and Mr. Kravetz loaded this assessment with opinions. And tilted language, e.g., "Obama even touted the Bush line." The Bush "line"? Please. That's prejudicial wording. It's tempting to write more about why my judgments of the article were less than admiring, but I doubt that sharing MY opinions will change anyone's mind on what Mr. Kravetz wrote. Mr. Kravetz has strong opinions. So do other people
