I'm not sure it's entirely appropriate to judge a president purely based upon their approval ratings, especially in the first 100 days. The article describes it as the "honeymoon effect" wearing off, and seems to assert that polls - many of them biased - are a good measure of judgment for a new president. It's factual about the polls, but not very deep or quality writing, overall.
