This story takes into account a great number of things, such as how Obama has taken on an economic crisis and two wars. It evaluates how he will do based on this burden and factually reports what he has done so far. It doesn't outright praise him, but it does lean in his favor by describing exactly what he has to deal with. I feel the article is well-rounded and shows quite a bit of depth to Obama's situation.
