Wall Street has been a problem obviously Bernie Madoff helped contribute to the fall of this economy. He basically stole money away from several Americans in this country and never gave it back. As of today there is no way for that money to be recovered unfortunately. It doesn't seem like Wall Street really has been struggling anymore its the American people that are. Stocks have been up to about 11,000 this year Wall Street really isn't the organization in trouble its Main Street we need to worry about.
