Article is important as it shows that a financial crisis knows no boundaries. Also, the world's oldest profession and how it has been handled in Germany who has always had it as a legal business which has reduced crime, given the workers a decent and safer environment and the taxpayers have gotten assistance by the government getting taxation from the business. Overall, a good article for those in our country who could learn a little from some European governments on how to handle some of the sin businesses.
